Hello you dear visitor speaking the language of the world. Unfortunately, it is not the language of this blog.
This blog about the Baltic States with a focus on Lithuania is written in Finnish - as you probably noticed. If you tried to translate it with Google, you perhaps found it cannot really do much and the articles still make very little sense. Still, there is no reason for despair, we have something for the people with limited command of the beautiful and glorius Finnish language too.
First of all, you could visit the sister-blog that is written in English. It is very updated unregurarly, but can sometimes have an article or two worth reading. Not a marvel of the world, but there is much worse junk in the net than that. How? Just follow this link!
Second, we have some space here for your commercial activities. Perhaps you'd like to tell about your marvellous new product, your fancy little hotel or that grand spa you just opened? This can be arranged, just a tip is needed. An article can be written, but we will remain loyal to our style, which is not exactly what you'd expect to see in press releases. Also, we can host here a picture or two of yours (you know, that "addish, not yet an ad" picture) for a favor.
Media information for all yer insatiable needs
Then about the media, what you should know before committing yourself to a forever lasting partnership with the site? We have been online for a year, receive 15-30 unique visitors a day to the site, most of them being Finns. Our astrologic research has found out most of these people are over 20 years old, they own a computer or two, and they have at least some level of interest to the Baltics, Lithuania and, most importantly, your products.
The people earn on average an average salary, they are mostly employed and some of them have a family. There is a chance many of them have visited or are about to visit Lithuania, some of them for sure have their first name starting with M, N or O and then we were getting this singal saying SE... the wild guess is the visitors either include "Seppo", they are interested or have had "Sex" or listen to "Sepultura".
For ad-looking material, we'd prefer jpegs to be sent to our contact email address, with descriptions on how to use them and your suggestion for the compensation. We can always say you no, but if the suggestion is fine, the material not against our moral constraints and we have really nothing better to do, we will consider the suggestion.
The same goes for any tips or article suggestions. The more "addy" you want it to be, the higher price it will cost you - thus send also a suggestion for the compensation.
